These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gas59 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing gas59, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

gas59 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where fraud, abuse of promotions, money laundering, collusion, or breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, with or without prior notice.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and gas59 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on gas59, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the gas59 platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the gas59 Platform. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. gas59 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at any point during your membership.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The gas59 Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register if you are subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering a contract or engaging in online gaming activities.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. You may not register or use the Platform if you have previously self-excluded from gas59 or any affiliated gaming service and that self-exclusion period remains active. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Age Restriction: Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. All deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered. No winnings, bonuses, or promotional credits will be paid out to underage players under any circumstances.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering a gas59 Account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on gas59. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using aliases, third-party identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. gas59 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify gas59 support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights attached to it to any other party. Third-party use of your Account, including by family members, is prohibited.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. gas59 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied, and the Account may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing a valid deposit.
4.1 Verification Obligation. gas59 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. By registering an Account, you consent to gas59 conducting KYC verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon any change in account activity that warrants review.
4.2 Required Documents. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
4.3 Withdrawal Hold. gas59 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal request until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Funds will not be released to any account or payment method that does not match the verified identity on record.
4.4 Refusal to Verify. If a Member refuses to submit requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request, gas59 may suspend or close the Account and return the deposited principal (net of any wagers already settled) to the original payment source, subject to applicable processing timelines.
All KYC documents submitted to gas59 are handled in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.
gas59 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
Deposits are credited to your gas59 Account balance in real time under normal conditions. In the event of a processing delay attributable to banking infrastructure, gas59 will investigate and resolve the matter within 24 hours. gas59 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals from gas59 are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your verified gas59 Account. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 4. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
gas59 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider while funds remain in or have been used on your gas59 Account is a breach of these Terms. gas59 will suspend the relevant Account, recover any outstanding balance, and may pursue the matter through available legal channels. Members are encouraged to contact [email protected] to resolve any payment disputes directly before initiating third-party reversals.
6.1 General. gas59 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotions are governed first by the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, and second by these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and expiry window are specified on each promotion page. Wagering on games with a return-to-player (RTP) above the threshold specified in the promotion terms may not count toward the requirement.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. gas59 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal actual risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinated wagering between related accounts; and systematic exploitation of game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, gas59 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the Account.
6.4 VIP Program. Membership in the gas59 VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) is by invitation or by meeting published qualification thresholds. VIP benefits — including enhanced withdrawal limits, personal account managers, and priority processing — are reviewed monthly and may be adjusted based on account activity. gas59 reserves the right to amend or discontinue VIP tiers with reasonable notice.
6.5 Promotional Changes. gas59 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion before it is modified or suspended will have their participation assessed under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, where reasonably practicable.
7.1 Sports Betting. All sports wagers placed on gas59 are settled in accordance with the settlement rules published in the sportsbook section for each sport and market type. This includes rules governing bandar bola (Asian handicap football markets), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and voor bola (handicap lines). gas59's settlement decisions are final. In the event of a palpable error in odds (e.g., odds significantly mispriced due to a data feed error), gas59 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
7.2 Live Casino. Live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are subject to the rules of each individual game as presented by the dealer and published in the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the platform's server-side game log, which is the authoritative record.
7.3 Slots and RNG Games. All slot and RNG-based games on gas59 are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
7.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on gas59 follow official draw results from recognized pool operators. Settlement is based on the official drawn numbers as published by the relevant pool authority. Any delay in official result publication will delay settlement accordingly.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on gas59. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. gas59 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Members based on account history.
The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on gas59 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:
Fraud Prevention: gas59 employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, banks, and regulatory bodies to investigate and report suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds determined to be the proceeds of fraud will be withheld and reported to the appropriate authorities.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the gas59 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of gas59 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not frame, mirror, scrape, or data-mine any portion of the gas59 Platform. You may not use gas59's brand assets in any marketing, social media, or third-party content without prior written authorization from gas59.
10.1 Platform Availability. gas59 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. gas59 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime or technical interruptions.
10.2 Wagering Losses. Gambling involves risk. By participating in any betting or gaming activity on gas59, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. gas59 is not liable for any wagering losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
10.3 Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gas59 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if gas59 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Maximum Liability. Where gas59 is found to be liable to a Member under any cause of action, the maximum aggregate liability of gas59 to that Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10.5 Third-Party Services. gas59 integrates third-party game content, payment processing, and data services. gas59 is not responsible for failures, errors, or interruptions in third-party services beyond our operational control. Members should review the terms of relevant third-party providers where applicable.
Your privacy is important to gas59. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, gas59 collects personal data necessary to provide the service, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the periods specified in the Privacy Policy and deleted or anonymized thereafter.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the gas59 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
13.3 Version History. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Prior versions are archived and may be requested from our support team.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which gas59 operates. gas59 holds an international gaming license and operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements of that licensing authority.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. 14.3 Escalation.
